Troubleshooting

  • The ceremony has started, but I don’t see the video. Refresh the page either by hitting the refresh button or closing the browser and reopening.

  • I can’t hear. The video starts muted or volume at 0. Make sure to turn up the volume on the video in the bottom right corner.

  • My image is freezing. Try these recommendations:
    - Make sure you are hard wired to your router, not using WiFi.
    - Ask other people in your house not to use video streaming services or online video games while watching the ceremony.
    - Make sure your video is set to “Auto” for quality. This is found beside the play bar when you click the gear icon.
    - If all else fails refresh the page.
