Troubleshooting

• Show has started but I don’t see the video - Refresh the page either by hitting the refresh button or closing the browser and log back in.

• I can’t hear - The video starts muted or volume at 0, make sure to turn up the volume on the video.

• My image is freezing - Make sure to follow these recommendations.
  - Make sure you are hard wired to your router not using WiFi.
  - Ask other people in your house not to use video streaming services or online video games.
  - Make sure your video is set to “Auto” for quality, This is found beside the play bar when you click the gear icon.
  - If all else fails refresh the page.
