I can’t hear. The video starts muted or volume at 0. Make sure to turn up the volume on the video in the bottom right corner.

My image is freezing. Try these recommendations:
- Make sure you are hard wired to your router, not using WiFi.
- Ask other people in your house not to use video streaming services or online video games while watching the ceremony.
- Make sure your video is set to “Auto” for quality. This is found beside the play bar when you click the gear icon.
- If all else fails refresh the page.
